Tucker, 92, of Galveston went home to be with the Lord on his 92nd birthday, June 23, 2026, at his home.  He was born June 23, 1934, to Albert L. and Ica Coker (Graves) Tucker.  Herman married Katherine Lowe on September 26, 1990, and she preceded him in death on May 31, 2025.
