Celesta R. Dyar, 102, of Kokomo, went home to be with the Lord at 8:10 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the home of her daughter. She was born September 28, 1917 to Earl and Helen Miller. She married Glen Dyar on November 4, 1939 and he has preceded her in death. They established their first home in Arcadia, Indiana later moving to Bennett’s Switch September 25, 1941.

Celesta worked for the Post Office when she was young. After her children were gone, she worked as a cook at the Miami Elementary School and then the Maconaquah Elementary School.
